Testing 123... Okay, I thought I better get started on this, since it has been hanging for quite a while without an entry since its founding, launching and consecration???? Haha... Just spent almost 3 hours listening to the PM's speech for the National Day rally 2007. Quite ok... just puzzled how he could regurgutate so many facts and without much hiccups... esp when he apparently did not seem to have anything to assist him along. Hmmm... no projection screen or scripts or earphones to help him.

Kinda ear-marked that if I should ever get married in a few years' time... won't be tricked by the National Day Rally to buy a HDB flat in Punggol (PM was describing the waterfronts, the bays, the whatevers) ... Come'on, it's too far from city where all the events and festivities are happening (esp with the IRs coming up). If I can somehow buy a flat in the newly planned estates in Commonwealth (PM said that there will be some there), it would be just right! ;-) My tip to you... buy a flat with a good location so that if you should ever need to sell it, you will be able to do it easily and with a better value!

Anyway, happy that Manchester City has just recorded a shock 1-0 victory over highly rated Manchester United. Yay! At this age, I am still checking out soccer... there must have some connection to the dopamine reward feedback system. Haha!
